As our name implies, our service is to be used after your regular veterinarian has closed. As an emergency facility, we do not provide routine veterinary services. If you are unable to determine if your pet's disorder qualifies as an emergency, please call us. If examination and/or treatment is thought necessary, you will be advised to bring your pet to the clinic. We are centrally located in Raleigh reasonably in the middle of vet clinics with which we participate.

We are an Emergency Clinic:

• Although we are capable of full veterinary service you will immediately notice we are geared for emergency and after hours treatment. --- i.e. When your vet is closed.
• Our staff is friendly and caring but may work at a faster pace than you may be accustomed to in times of emergency.
• We handle patients in order of their severity and not on a first come - first served basis.
• We believe in providing high quality emergency/intensive care in a modern, up-to-date, well staffed, state inspected facility.
• Follow up examination and treatment will be performed by your normal vet.
• We are staffed by licensed veterinarians who are on site during normal operation hours.
• We take great pride in our ability to handle the often stressful emergency situation professionally and passionately, not only from the pet's standpoint but also from the owner's perspective.
